Refund and cancellation policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid assessment engagements with Content Sequoia Path Ltd, including the Lifecycle Messaging Performance Review, Welcome Series Audit, Re-engagement Path Review, and Quarterly Messaging Health Check. It does not cover goods, software licences, or subscription products because we do not sell those.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to reserve a start date. Deposit amounts are stated in the proposal. Deposits are credited toward the final fee.

Cancellation by you

If you cancel more than fourteen days before the agreed kickoff date, we refund fees paid minus any non-recoverable preparation already completed, documented in writing. Cancellations within fourteen days of kickoff may receive a partial refund of unused fees; the deposit may be retained to cover scheduling loss.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without charge if you give at least seven days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a reasonable administrative fee stated in the proposal.

Work already started

Once export review or analysis has begun, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. Unused later stages (for example a briefing not yet held) may be refunded proportionally or credited toward a revised scope.

No-shows

If your team misses a scheduled briefing without twenty-four hours’ notice, that briefing portion may be charged and a replacement slot billed separately.

Purchased materials

If an engagement requires purchase of third-party data extracts or meeting facilities at your request, those costs are non-refundable once ordered.

Eligibility for full or partial refund

Full refunds apply when we cancel an engagement before kickoff for reasons within our control. Partial refunds apply when only part of the agreed scope remains unfinished after a client cancellation or mutual termination. Quarterly health checks already delivered for a given quarter are non-refundable.

Refund process and timing

Email contact@content-sequoiapath.click with your proposal reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen working days of approval.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under United Kingdom law remain unaffected. If a proposal states different cancellation terms for a specific engagement, those written terms prevail for that engagement.
